ROMEO and JULIET at BRAHAN: 20th June

With its stunning location and Georgian House as a back drop outdoor theatre at Brahan by Illyria returns on Sunday 20th June to bring you Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. An explosive swash-buckling romance that is also extremely funny.

The Montagues and the Capulets are at war with one another – but when the Montagues' son gatecrashes Capulet’s party in disguise and falls in love with Capulet’s daughter a chain reaction is set in motion, which has a devastating conclusion.

All ages will enjoy this passionate, funny and utterly gripping play.

Gates will open at 6pm so you can enjoy an excellent BBQ by The Storehouse of Foulis or your own picnic. The play begins at 7.30pm. There is no seating provided so bring a rug or a low backed chair and perhaps a little midge cream! Only a hurricane will stop play but it is midsummer!

This production will in support of the Highland Hospice.
